Heavenly Father,
In peace, I release my attachment to the things of this world. I let go of the need to possess, control, accumulate, or cling to what is temporary. I remember that all earthly things pass away, but Your presence remains forever.
Above all else, I dedicate my heart to You. Let my love for You be greater than my love for possessions, accomplishments, comforts, fears, relationships, or anything this world can offer. May nothing take the place that belongs to You alone.
Thank You for the kingdom that Jesus revealed, a kingdom not found in distant places, but within. Turn my attention away from the distractions of the world and toward the sacred presence that dwells in the depths of my being. Help me seek first Your kingdom and trust that all else will fall into its proper place.
When I am tempted to cling to what is fleeting, remind me of what is eternal. When I am tempted to seek security in the world, remind me that my true refuge is in You. When I forget who I am, awaken me again to the truth that I live, move, and have my being in Your love.
May my life be a continual surrender to Your wisdom, Your guidance, and Your will. Let my thoughts, words, and actions flow from the peace of Your presence. May I walk through this world with open hands, a grateful heart, and unwavering devotion to You.
For You are my treasure, my source, my peace, and my home.
I release my attachment to all things that pass away. May I enjoy Your gifts without clinging to them. Let my identity rest not in possessions, status, accomplishments, or the opinions of others, but in You alone. Teach me to hold everything lightly and love You completely. What comes, let me receive with gratitude. What goes, let me release with peace.
Amen.
