Breathe a sigh of relief, no need for religion, bibles or churches when diving into this article. Not required for your ego to dissolve and experience oneness with all
Critical Warning: Avoid mainstream Christianity at all costs which has been contaminated and corrupted for 2000 years. Follow the guidance detailed on this blog which strips out all the extraneous additions to what Jesus taught.
Words and practices for today to be guided on the path to a metaphysical awakening towards today.
The scientific fields of quantum mechanics are routinely catching up to and confirming things that have been established and known by many spiritual practices for a millennia, including the fact that the universe is an illusion, we live in a multi dimensional universe, and there is no such thing as death. So release all fear, especially of death, and let go of all identification and attachment with your identity, ego and life as hard as that may seem.
Follow the teachings of Jesus and Buddhism. Two teachers with incredibly similar teachings, which was no accident. Be sure to ignore the teachings appended to what Christian taught by multiple writers/authors who added to what Christian taught many years after his death. Universal truths are objective truth and remain the same regardless of the teacher who taught it.Remember: neither Jesus nor The Buddha (Siddartha) asked to be worshiped. Both pointed their followers toward a spiritual awakening, humility, and inner transformation. In other words complete transcendence of one’s ego to achieve the highest levels of consciousness available to us, which also eliminates all suffering humans experience as a consequence of our egos. You can even do these without formally “joining” any religion. These spiritual practices can be followed without assigning yourself any label, in fact it is encouraged to renounce all labels.
For those who want to go straight to the affirmations portion of this article, scroll down until you see the bullet points. Feel free to revisit this editorial, come back and read it in full after declaring the affirmations to the universe within your consciousness.
Affirm your unity and oneness with all people. Release your attachments to material things in this temporary illusion, and also to the stories and memories of the past. Live fully in the present. Our egos insist on seeing ourselves as unique, special or different from others. When in actual truth, we are all quite literally one and the same despite the illusions our egos present to us.
Ask the Spirit of the universe to guide you everyday, and practice yielding to that guidance rather than letting your ego try to control every aspect of your life. It wants total absolute control. Forgive anyone who hurts you your feelings or triggers you to take something personally. Those reactions are signs that the ego has the wheel. Make peace where you can.
For Christians who still worship Jesus instead of following his instruction to surrender to the guidance of the Holy Spirit of the universe and to yield to will our source source/father. Understand that to be worshiped was never what Jesus taught. What he taught was surrender, humility, and alignment with the divine by embracing our oneness and unity as humans. He wanted everyone to leverage this very real force and spirit within the universe that links us all together and guides us if we let it. Conversely, our egos insist we are all separate when nothing could be further from the truth.
Declare sincerely that you release all attachment to the identity you’ve constructed. Your past, your self assigned labels, even your body. The constant habit of seeing others as separate is the ego at work. This is why letting go of judgment was a critical teaching. Notice the underlying consequence of judging others is you automatically put yourself above others. That is not equality or unity. Your goal is eliminating division and letting unity take its place instead. When you see them as inferior, unequal to you in any respect, you reinforce division between yourself and others.
For those who shamelessly preach that their particular ethnic or religious group is superior to others, while praising Jesus and declaring themselves above others because of their chosen religion, they are actively engaging in the very behavior Jesus spoke against. This is a teaching that has gone over the heads of many Christians objectively speaking. In actual truth, they are violating the very fundamental teachings of the faith they claim to abide by. Racist and bigoted ideologies, in any form, are entirely incompatible with the teachings of Jesus. The belief that one’s group, whether religious, ethnic, or national, is inherently superior is simply another expression of the ego’s grip. No one who is sincerely following the path taught by Jesus or the Buddha would ever adopt those beliefs, objectively speaking.
Yet it’s increasingly common on social media to see open hate speech and declarations of superiority coming from the very people who publicly champion Jesus in their bios, calling him their king while contradicting everything he taught. In my experience, this happens far too often, eight times out of ten, at least and it’s tragic to witness. It’s also incredibly bizarre that the same people who love to claim this is an inherently Christian nation, so often advocate and push for laws that violate the most basic teachings of Jesus, but that’s a topic for another day.
We are one, not separate.
Judgment and hostility have become widespread in modern Christianity because many core teachings have been overlooked. Instead of practicing surrender and humility, modern Christianity often teaches, “Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior,” a message Jesus himself never gave. This idea can become a loophole that allows Christians to believe they’re spiritually “covered” while bypassing the real inner work via the very clear instructions the pioneer of their faith gave to them. In short, because they’ve accepted Jesus as their savior, they can do whatever they want. This is a common rational employed by the people who so brazenly violate the most basic benevolent teachings of Jesus.
Jesus left a simple set of instructions for how to live: surrender to the Spirit, practice love, release the ego, and see the divine in all.
He taught that all you have to do to unlock spiritual enlightenment is to accept your unity and oneness with everyone, not judging others, not separating yourself from others, and a few other very easy lifestyle changes to adopt. Surrendering to the Holy Spirit rather than your ego for all guidance. Make these decisions consciously in your mind with sincerity. Additionally, the minute you start seeing others as inferior to you or not equal to you, you’ve created an obstacle towards your path to enlightenment and spiritual awakening. Jesus said it best when he said there is a tragic irony that most people are miserable when the keys to unlock happiness are sitting right there waiting to be turned by you.
It’s natural for the ego to demand free will, certainty, and total control. The shift toward higher/universal consciousness begins when you’re willing to surrender that need for control and release your attachment to directing every outcome of your life. Instead, you place your life and future in the hands of the universe, trusting it to guide you.
This surrender requires deep trust, along with the willingness to let go of fear, especially the fear of death. Releasing that fear also means loosening your attachment to life as a possession, to the body, and to the identity built around them. When the inevitability of death no longer provokes fear, it becomes a clear sign that attachment to self, body, and identity has finally been released.
Repeat these in your mind/consciousness often with sincerity:
- I am one with all my brothers and sisters here on Earth, we are not separate from each other.
- We are all eternal reflections of our source/father
- In peace, I recognize I am not superior to any of my fellow neighbors and brothers and sisters.
- Holy spirit of the universe, please eliminate all illusions of separation between myself and others as I accept our oneness.
- I let go of all judgements of others, as I am not superior or inferior to others as I recognize our unity and oneness.
- I humbly let go of any identification with my body and ego. I accept my liberation from their limits and any attachments to them.
- I ask the spirit of the universe, guide my mind and path towards the goal of spiritual awakening. It is my highest priority.
- Please father, let thy will be done. I yield to your will now and in the future. Guide me on the path you see fit for me.
- Father, please forgive me for judging others for things I have been guilty of myself. As I forgive others and release all judgments of them. Please guide me towards eliminating all unhealthy and toxic thoughts/habits that I have hypocritically judged them for.
- I let go of any attachment to materials of form in this illusion. Nothing is more important than awakening from this illusion and dream.
- I let go of all attachments and memories of the past while leaving our father/source in complete control of the future. Guide on the path you have planned for me as I surrender completely to your will.
- I welcome the presence of the spirit of the universe to reside within me, keeping me in total harmony with the plan our father and source has for me and all of us. Guide my words, mind and thoughts towards your end, while I relinquish all control.
- We are all eternal reflections of our source, and I release all fears, including fear of death. I ask the spirit of the universe to eliminate all fears as I accept the guidance and will of our source and the guidance of the spirit of the universe.
- In peace I ask the universe and source to make all illusionary differences and borders between all of us disappear. Please help me remember that we are all in fact one rather than separate. I accept this truth here and now.
Please frequently repeat these declarations/affirmations often in your consciousness. Announce to our source/universe to have it assist you on the path towards transcending your ego. Say them in your own words and make it as natural and sincere as possible.
It is critically important not to judge others simply because they do not share your “religion.” That impulse comes from the ego’s desire to feel superior or separate from others, even though we are all, in truth, one.
When you objectively compare the teachings themselves, Christianity is not fundamentally different from traditions taught by Buddha, Krishna, and Lao Tzu. It should also be acknowledged that many of the superficial differences arise from doctrines/teachings added to Christianity long after Jesus’ death. Yet many Christians insist the faith is unique and different because “we must accept Jesus as our savior,” despite this never being a teaching Jesus himself ever gave.
Recognize this for what it is: the ego seeking validation, separation and superiority. Gently push back on that impulse. Remind yourself that the path towards a spiritual awakening matters more than any label, and to accept the fact that we are all one.
It is important to achieve a higher self awareness via introspection. Looking inwards honestly for what you’ve judged others for. Reflect on them and ask for awareness and help cleansing those very similar qualities and habits in your own life. We are constantly projecting our worst flaws towards others. They act as mirrors revealing our hurdles to overcome. Our egos always want to deny these qualities don’t apply to us. Overcome them by humbly recognizing them in ourselves.
