The Holy Spirit is, in essence, a universal cosmic field that we always have access to and acts as not only the consciousness of the universe but also acts as what could best be described as comparable to our planet’s geomagnetic field, except it is maintaining the equilibrium of peace and love throughout the universe including our planet. We all have access to it and it is always present, always accessible, but only when we are ready and willing to connect with it. In technical/scientific terms it is a quantum field of the universe, a universal intelligence that has always surrounded us, yet remains hidden from view when we operate from lower, ego-driven states of awareness. It shows us the best possible path to take in life when we surrender all control, in addition to revealing our ego’s biggest weaknesses to resolve. The revelations are not obvious until you start paying attention to them, and specific patterns being put in front of you, and you then start realizing those are not coincidences but are in fact the universe showing you what you need to fix/improve about yourself to return yourself in harmony with the universe and help restore the equilibrium of peace and love in the planet.

Much like the discovery of gamma rays or infrared light, which existed long before we developed the tools to detect them, this quantum field has always been there. We simply weren’t equipped, either spiritually or scientifically, to perceive it clearly. What has long been described in religious language as “The Holy Spirit” will likely, in time, be retired for more modern technical terms such as the quantum field or a universal consciousness as our understanding of quantum mechanics deepens.

But make no mistake: it is real. And if you seek proof, it is demonstrable, not through dogma, but through direct experience. The moment you quiet the ego and open yourself, you begin to feel its guidance, its intelligence, and its harmony flowing through you.

Jesus spoke of a divine guide—a “supernatural” source of empowerment and wisdom—available to anyone willing to receive it. He made it clear that no specific ritual, incantation, or religious ceremony was required to invoke its presence. All that was needed was a sincere and open-hearted request—a quiet acceptance through thought and intention, inviting its guidance into one’s life.

He referred to this force as the Holy Spirit, a helper sent to align us with the will of the greater universe, what he referred to as our Father. His teachings emphasized living in harmony with this higher dimension of consciousness, encouraging us to align our lives with its wisdom, love, and flow. In today’s terms, it might be understood as a quantum, non-physical intelligence—always present, always accessible to those who choose to surrender ego and walk in spiritual awareness.

To activate this transformation, imagine it as shifting gears in a manual transmission car—except instead of gears, you’re shifting the level of your consciousness.

You are intentionally and consciously declaring a desire to move from the lower, ego-based state of awareness into alignment with the Holy Spirit—the higher consciousness that exists within all of us. The exact words you use don’t matter nearly as much as the sincerity behind them. What matters is the clarity of your intention and the earnestness of your desire to awaken. It’s time to shift into a higher gear—to move beyond fear, control, and separation, and into a state of divine flow, guidance, and unity.

Keep in mind that prayer and thought are, in essence, the same. Every thought you have carries energy and sets into motion subtle but powerful effects—whether or not those effects are immediately visible. Everything you experience in life is, at its root, shaped by your thoughts.

With that understanding, use your thoughts intentionally. Ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Surrender to the greater will of the universe. Let your inner dialogue be a channel of connection, not just noise.

And above all, cultivate thoughts that are benevolent, altruistic, kind, selfless, and considerate—knowing now that every thought has consequences, and each one shapes not only your reality but the collective energy we all share.

Here are some of His key teachings about the Holy Spirit/Quantum Field.:

1. Simply Ask and You Shall Receive
Jesus encouraged his followers to ask for the Holy Spirit. In Luke 11:13, He said, “If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” This verse suggests that one way to receive the Holy Spirit is simply by asking God through prayer. He also says, “If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” This suggests the Spirit is granted to those who ask sincerely. Keep in mind that since Jesus was poetic in nature, he used symbolism often and using a word like ‘father’ was always being used to symbolize the greater universe.

2. Guidance and Teaching: Jesus referred to the Holy Spirit as the “Counselor” or “Advocate” who would teach and remind His followers of all He said (John 14:26). This implies that believers should seek the Spirit’s guidance for understanding and applying Jesus’ teachings. When declaring in the lord’s prayer that “thy will be done”, you are also asking to be guided via the holy spirit in a form of surrender. It is essential to actually mean this as you declare it, it is not a casual surrender.

3. Living by the Spirit: Jesus modeled a life led by the Spirit. After His baptism, He was led by the Spirit into the wilderness (Luke 4:1), indicating that a relationship with the Spirit involves following its lead in all aspects of life.

Ultimately, Jesus’ teachings encourage believers to invite the Spirit through thoughts, depend on its guidance, and live in a way that is responsive to its presence.

One response to “The Quantum Field of the Universe aka The Holy Spirit”

  1. Most Christians think of the Holy Spirit in terms of a separate conscious entity that is in alignment with the will of God. I’ve begun to think of the Holy Spirit is my higher self – which was never separated from God. We have created the illusion of the Holy Spirit being separate from us by sustaining the ego. So, when we perceive the things of God from the ego side, the Holy Spirit seems separate, detached, something we have to ask for, when in reality it was always there, we just couldn’t access it because of the illusory wall created by the ego – by fear, by guilt, by all the other staples that create the illusion of separation.

Once we recognize that the ego doesn’t really exist, and begin approaching God as if we were never separated, the Holy Spirit becomes part of us, as natural as the morning dawn.

This, of course, doesn’t account for the experience of pentecost.
