I encourage you to absorb the following affirmations deeply, allowing them to become recurring refrains—sacred thoughts you silently proclaim to the universe through your mind and consciousness. Some might call them prayers, but in truth, all thoughts are prayers—expressions of energy sent out into the greater field of existence in the universe. Whether passive or intentional, every thought has a ripple effect. Thoughts carry consequences—both constructive and destructive—and they shape the reality you inhabit. With that understanding, here are a few essential spiritual declarations to anchor into your daily awareness:
Heavenly Father, I dedicate all my love, reverence, and praise to You. I welcome the Holy Spirit into my body as its sacred dwelling place and ask it to guide my words, thoughts, and actions. I will never deny your presence in my body and influence on my life. Keep my being in harmony with the greater universe, our divine source. I accept that I am one with all my brothers and sisters that surround me. Please assist me in dissolving all toxic thoughts and habits, including habits of judgment. Help me realize and clearly see that we are not separate, but literally one—despite what our illusionary and temporary egos would like us to believe. I will earnestly forgive these specific persons whom I’ve held grievances towards. I extend Your love and blessings to them as well. I release all attachment to material illusions and cast no judgment or condemnations upon others for the differences my mind assumes must be true. In truth, I affirm our collective unity and oneness with You and the cosmos. Please guide me in my earthly path to serve those crying out to you for help. I offer myself willingly to assist the suffering, the panhandlers and the desperate. Let me be channel of Your love and provision. I make no distinction on who deserves help, for I know that none of us is more worthy than another. We are one.
In peace father I let go of all fear. I welcome my father’s love and presence in place of that fear. I am not this body and freed of all its limits. Break me from of this illusion and restore my health please lord. I extend your blessings and love to all my brothers and sisters as you have blessed me as well. We are United and one as your children. We are Inseparable living reflections from you Father. Please make all illusionary boundaries between us disappear
When practiced and recited sincerely and routinely, these spiritual affirmations will unlock the promised experience of awakening and enlightenment. If someone claims they do not work, the issue lies not in the message but in the execution—just as a single syntax error can prevent a software code from running. Awakening demands total alignment. A Christian may claim to follow Jesus but still cast judgment on those receiving government aid without knowing their full story. This contradiction will inevitably block their spiritual progress despite them thinking they successfully reached the end goal of all spiritual paths.
Equally mistaken is the belief that merely accepting Jesus as Lord, or repeating that He died for our sins, is enough to spark an awakening. That is only the threshold, not the journey. Without embodying Jesus’ teachings in practice—especially His call to love, forgive, and uplift the least among us—one cannot experience the enlightenment He referred to as Heaven.
And yes, Heaven is not some distant postmortem promise, it is a state of consciousness accessible now, in this life. You can recognize those who have not entered this state by their harsh judgments, inner turmoil, and even physical ailments—each one a manifestation of toxic thought patterns misaligned with divine truth.
The teachings of Jesus, when faithfully practiced, offer the clearest path to purging these toxins. For Christians who have yet to taste the spiritual awakening often discussed in mystic circles, let this be your call to examine yourself honestly. Audit your thoughts. Review your habits. Ask: Where have I withheld love? Where and Whom have I judged?
I witness it often—Christians walking past panhandlers without a second glance. To believe that these individuals “don’t deserve it” is both a judgment and an attachment to material wealth. It reveals resistance to the divine role each of us is invited to play: to bring love, order, and hope to a chaotic world.
Only when we embrace our unity with all beings—and act from that knowing—can we fulfill the universal commandment: to love one another, as extensions of the same divine source. Far too often modern Christian ministries place far too much emphasis on instructions that Jesus never gave, while more faithful ministries routinely pump out spiritually awakened people. Unfortunately, many of these unfaithful ministries have drawn the most attention and attendance and therefore has led to an explosion in the population of self described Christians who are also incredibly hateful while also believing they already checked the ‘spiritually awakened’ line on their checklist. These person also become poor ambassadors for the faith and instructions that Jesus taught, and understandably so, since they are not honestly reflecting and acting as individuals who were actually spiritually healed and in a place of euphoric bliss that Jesus referred to as Heaven on earth. Now. Not Later.
